The week of Training Conference is filled with classes, fun activities, opportunity to check out the town of Logan, Utah.

Monday, June 5

Monday is a travel day for attendees and Journal staff! Fly in to Salt Lake International airport, then make your way north to Logan. Journal Tech is hosting a welcome reception Monday night. Stop in and say hi, grab dinner with us, and pick up your name tag and registration packet to avoid the lines on Tuesday. 

Tuesday, June 6

Classes start bright and early on Tuesday morning! Shuttles will make the trip from conference hotels to Utah State University, and drop you off near the Eccles Conference Center. Activities commence Tuesday night. Join us for a hike up lovely Logan Canyon, or a historic tour in town. Check out the dining guide in the app for even more options.

Wednesday, June 7

Classes continue through Wednesday, ending at 4:30. The annual Training Conference Party takes place Wednesday night! Shuttles begin pick up at 6:00 pm and run the entire duration of the party. Prepare yourself for good food, karaoke, photo booth and more! 

Thursday, June 8

Another full day of classes at Utah State is followed by an open evening for you to explore Logan. Dinner at one of our many locally-owned restaurants is only one idea. You can drive to beautiful Bear Lake, or check out other area landmarks. The evening is yours!

Friday, June 9

Friday concludes the great week with classes ending at noon. A boxed lunch you can eat on campus or grab and run is the perfect ending to the week. The light schedule is perfect for traveling back home in the morning, or catching one last class before making your way back to the airport.

The class schedule is up! You can find the class list in the app, or, if you need a paper copy, you can download it here. Print, fold in half, and you'll have a booklet to bring with you to conference. Keep in mind the schedule may change, so the app is the best way to have the most accurate information.
